I have just about finished up the boys, and ready to start my next shoot this weekend- if the weather holds-but I know friends and family are anxious about Cody's pictures. I thought I would add one more sneak peek before I opened the gallery--hopefully this weekend! We had such a good time, and now when I see Cody, he keeps reminding me that he is "gorgeous" Of course you are sweetheart, and here are some pictures to prove it! The camera never lies! I hope you like them!

Class of 2010...Sneak Peek#1..Boys will be Boys

It doesn't really seem fair that in my first few adventures into photography, that I have had the so called privilege of photographing multiples. Not necessarily multiples as in twins, but multiples as in AT LEAST three children all at the same time. This time, however, I had the opportunity to do both. I have know this band of brothers for a long time now, their mother is one of my dearest friends. I have watched them grow and turn into incredibly handsome men. But one thing is for sure, when you get them ALL together, you have a treat in store for you! And it mostly comes of the smelly persuasion. Nevertheless, all three of the boys, the twins and their older brother, are graduating this year. What a great time I had photographing these young men! It truly helped me realize why God blessed me with girls! Thanks for letting me capture this exciting time in your lives! It truly has been a pleasure knowing you! Good luck to all three of you in what, I am sure, will be a very exciting future...full of nice surprises! :)

I am working fast a furious to get you the rest of your photos, but thought you might enjoy a little sneak peek till then!

Til' Next week!

Rachael, 16 going on 17

Rachael is fixing to have her 17th birthday here in about a week. I can't believe it. My babies are growing up WAY too fast. It seems like just yesterday when she was toddling around the house and now she is a grown young lady with dreams of her own. I knew I would be wanting some new pictures of her and decided to kill two birds with one stone. I had a senior session planned for the next day, so I asked Rachael to be my model and let me run through lighting and such. When you are doing three boys at once--I knew I there wouldn't be time to fool around with poses and lighting and well--everything. So we headed off to a town nearby. I truly could take pictures of this child the rest of my life and not get bored. She has a naturalness in front of the camera. I don't even have to tell her what to do, she just does it. She is a photographers dream. Even when her momma makes her mad--she is stunning to photograph! Here are a few from our practice run. I can only hope that the boys turn out just as well!

These were taken at a little church outside of town. It is overgrown and tattered, but it made a gorgeous backdrop for pictures.

Like I said--breathtaking. I am her mother so I may be a little prejudice...but I sure am lucky to call her mine!
